Introduction
CRIBLY helps accommodation seekers discover PG, hostel, and similar rental accommodations across India and enables owners to create and manage property listings.
Information we collect
- For seekers: full name, mobile number, email address, city preferences, search filters, saved PGs, inquiry details, messages, and request-a-PG information.
- For owners: full name, business or property name, mobile number, email address, property address, property photographs, rent details, facilities, descriptions, KYC-related details, and payment information for subscriptions or listing services.
- Automatically collected information may include IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referral source, cookies, and similar technologies.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, display listings, connect seekers with owners, respond to inquiries, improve performance, prevent fraud, process owner payments, send service notifications, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share relevant inquiry details with the selected property owner or CRIBLY operations team and limited data with service providers such as hosting, email, payment, analytics, maps, and security providers.
User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, account updates, account deletion, or consent withdrawal by contacting contact@cribly.in.
