Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, listing a property, making inquiries, or otherwise using CRIBLY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform.
About CRIBLY
CRIBLY is an online marketplace that connects accommodation seekers with PG and hostel owners across India. CRIBLY provides technology services to facilitate discovery and communication between users. CRIBLY does not own, lease, operate, manage, inspect, or guarantee any listed property unless expressly stated.
User categories and eligibility
- Accommodation seekers use CRIBLY to search for PGs, hostels, and similar accommodations.
- Property owners use CRIBLY to list PGs, hostels, or accommodation properties for promotional or commercial purposes.
- By using CRIBLY, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, your information is accurate, and you will keep account details updated.
Property listings and approval
- Property owners are solely responsible for listing accuracy, rent, amenities, photographs, availability, contact information, and legal compliance.
- CRIBLY may review, reject, edit formatting, remove inaccurate content, or suspend listings that violate these Terms.
Payments and refunds
Certain owner services may require payment, including subscriptions, featured listings, promotional services, advertising packages, and premium visibility options. Refunds are governed by CRIBLY's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability and governing law
CRIBLY aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to competent courts in India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
