The seeker-facing agreement for using CRIBLY to search, save, share, inquire about, and request help for PG stays.

Who this applies to
This User Agreement applies to visitors and PG seekers who browse CRIBLY, create a mobile OTP account, save PGs, share listings, submit inquiries, request callbacks, request help finding a PG, or contact CRIBLY by email.
Your account and OTP
- Use your own valid mobile number and keep OTP access secure.
- Keep profile details such as name, city, email, occupation, and stay preference accurate where you choose to provide them.
- Do not create fake accounts, submit spam inquiries, scrape listings, or misuse saved PG/share/contact features.
PG search and inquiries
- CRIBLY helps you discover and compare PG listings based on owner-submitted and admin-reviewed information.
- Before paying rent, deposit, token, food charges, or any offline amount, you should verify the room, address, rent, rules, food, safety, and agreement terms directly.
- When you submit an inquiry, callback request, or request-a-PG form, CRIBLY may use your details to coordinate with the relevant owner or operations team.
Verified PG and no-broker promise
- Verified PG means the property is approved by CRIBLY admin review based on the data available at that time.
- The badge improves trust, but it does not remove your responsibility to inspect the property and confirm final terms before moving in.
- CRIBLY aims to reduce broker confusion by connecting seekers with listed owners or CRIBLY coordination workflows.
Communication and support
For user support, email contact@cribly.in. Owner phone numbers may not be publicly displayed. CRIBLY may coordinate callbacks or WhatsApp access depending on owner package and platform workflow.
